Verified Renter Love the community and all its amenities. The only reason for not giving a 5 star is due to the fact one can hear upstairs tenants too clearly.
Business response:
We strive to deliver an excellent experience, and are glad you found this to be the case.
Verified Renter This is my second summer living in Lakeside and it's been so lovely being able to contemplate the complexes nature aspect; such as viewing the fountain, strolling around the pond, and just being able to have a view of the sunset!
Business response:
We always strive to provide top quality service to every resident and guest and we are so thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed your experience here at Lakeside Apartments!
Verified Renter Nice place, an acceptable amount of water and grass. The buildings have walls, which is a plus. Plenty of ground to walk on. There is at least 1 squirrel here.

Verified Renter Living at Lakeside has been a great experience in the last 2 years. I believe the amenities are amazing; so many social events; two beautiful pools; tennis courts; amazing landscaping; amazing staff!!! Maintenance is exceptional, the grounds are manicured constantly, and it always looks inviting here. I enjoy living here very much!
Business response:
Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
Verified Renter The maintenance staff is great and very timely. The property is well maintained for the most part, however the price point is slightly higher for some of the units

Verified Renter Move in process was a chore with the office. We were told various things from different people, the only really helpful person was Brandon. Also had talked to management to ask about something and the lady was pretty rude. Moved in and place was dirty and bugs everywhere despite them saying they'd get to it before we moved in.
Business response:
Hello, we regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. We hope you will give us another chance.
Verified Renter I love my apartment. It's pricey but really nice. And such a beautiful property. The leasing office and the maintenance staff are super helpful as well.

Verified Renter Disclaimer: this complex has a rewards program if you give a review (it doesn't mandate it be good though) That being said, honestly pretty good. I'm usually hesitant to give reviews on things, but it's nice here. Of course, it needs to fit in your budget because it is kind of a premium complex for this area. But you do get a fair amount for your money assuming you utilize the amenities to their fullest. Gym, front door trash pickup, pool, can rent out some community buildings for parties, grills, pet playgro... read more
