Verified Renter This is my second summer living in Lakeside and it's been so lovely being able to contemplate the complexes nature aspect; such as viewing the fountain, strolling around the pond, and just being able to have a view of the sunset!

Verified Renter Nice place, an acceptable amount of water and grass. The buildings have walls, which is a plus. Plenty of ground to walk on. There is at least 1 squirrel here.

Verified Renter Living at Lakeside has been a great experience in the last 2 years. I believe the amenities are amazing; so many social events; two beautiful pools; tennis courts; amazing landscaping; amazing staff!!! Maintenance is exceptional, the grounds are manicured constantly, and it always looks inviting here. I enjoy living here very much!

Verified Renter i love my new home and community. there’s fresh coffee and tea in the leasing office. we have a pools and a gym and the dog park and spa are just added bonuses. my dog meets a new friend every day. i couldn’t be happier

Verified Renter Move in process was a chore with the office. We were told various things from different people, the only really helpful person was Brandon. Also had talked to management to ask about something and the lady was pretty rude. Moved in and place was dirty and bugs everywhere despite them saying they'd get to it before we moved in.

Verified Renter Disclaimer: this complex has a rewards program if you give a review (it doesn't mandate it be good though) That being said, honestly pretty good. I'm usually hesitant to give reviews on things, but it's nice here. Of course, it needs to fit in your budget because it is kind of a premium complex for this area. But you do get a fair amount for your money assuming you utilize the amenities to their fullest. Verified Renter Overall very happy living here, the pools and gym are amazing and the staff couldn't be better. Just two items of note but the light bulbs go out often so I had to replace mine frequently. The second main issue I had was that my porch was replaced with this strange fake grass and wood pattern, it makes the entire porch uneven so I can't easily place furniture on it nor can I easily open the closet and back doors.
