Verified Renter The area around the lakes are nice. Amenities are lackluster at best. But the maintenance staff is phenomenal! Half of the people who live here can’t park for their lives, the lack of visible lines in the parking spots make it worse. Office staff are meh. Sometimes they just ignore your calls/messages.

Verified Renter I moved from out of state and picked this complex after lots of research and reading reviews. I had looked for months. My daughter did a drive by and thought the complex was gorgeous and thought it could work with my mobility issues. My first contact was with Leasing Agent Roslyn who was with me throughout the process. She met me when I moved in and felt like I already had a friend. The apt is beautiful. Very quiet. I can have my little dogs. Lots of activities. I’m so thrilled I’m here.

Verified Renter So happy with the treatment of all the leasing agents and staff I have been in contact with! My tour with Roslyn was super super thorough and she clearly is passionate about the Lakeside community. She told me things like what kind of food is nearby and was able to push me toward getting the best possible unit. So far management seems very friendly and helpful - my first impressions of Lakeside have been extremely positive and I've been here almost a week.

Verified Renter Living at Lakeside Apartments has been a great experience. The place is beautiful and full of nature. The amenities are nice. The place is clean and functional. The gym is excellent, the two club houses offers a great space and options where to use the pool. Staff are nice and it feels like a community.

Verified Renter The apartment and complex is nice, quiet with good amenities. However I do find the floor/ceiling allows a good bit of sound through. Along with a need for landscaping and trash removal being needed is needed more frequently.
