Verified Renter Officially been a year, and have been loving this location. its access to the major highways is perfect. Work is practically around the corner. The mini strip mall a few minutes walk, offers excellent services, groceries, and great Korean food!

Verified Renter Just moved in and was immediately welcomed with a beautiful community and nice leasing staff! It is nice how many amenities are available and the love for dogs in the community

Verified Renter Staff is always friendly. I enjoy the extra events hosted by lakeside especially the cooking classes and the swimming pool events that hosts dogs

Verified Renter They advertise a quiet community, but rest assured, the cops will be at your building weekly, noisy floor construction above you will last for months (they will hammer, saw, and drill as late as until 11p on a Sunday), bugs will be abundant and the popcorn ceiling will literally fall and sprinkle on you and all your belongings while they work on the apartment above (they started working in March and it’s August now… floors have had to be redone over and over and over)! There’s no winning here.
