Verified Renter The staff is great. I love the basketball court and the gym. The swimming pool was great while it was open. The clubhouse is always clean and smells good. The neighbors are always friendly. Just a great environment all the way around. Glad I moved here.

Verified Renter Lived here for 6 months so far and we're still just as in love as when we first toured! The grounds are just so beautiful and calming, always impeccably landscaped. Maintenance is amazing and has so far come out within 24 hours for 2 small issues. The summer pool season was LIFE-CHANGING, the resort style pool is unlike any other apartment complex's! From daily trash removal at your doorstep, to prompt maintenance service, to fun gatherings for residents for special occasions, to pet-friendly dog-parks and a dog-grooming room in the Clubhouse, to package concierge services, and more, Lakeside has all you need for comfortable living. I highly recommend you visit and take a look at all there is to offer!

Verified Renter Have spent one night here and am beyond impressed. Brandon helped us get everything setup virtually in just a few days. He was very helpful and the process was very easy. The apartment is in a good condition, but the amenities, staff, and grounds are phenomenal. Rosslyn was super helpful and showed us around the community today. It feels like a community, management has several events and benefits, and it is a quiet and safe place for any family. This place cannot be beat for the price.

Verified Renter Living at Lakeside started out as a good experience. The longer I lived there, the worse it became. I moved in in 2020 and the first apartment we had was a good apartment but the parking situation on Ridge Pond Road is abysmal. Too many cars and not enough space. Within a month of moving in our AC unit literally fell out of the ceiling and had to be replaced - which was done quickly and I appreciated that. Verified Renter Living here has been great so far (a little more than a month in). I love the walking paths around the lakes. Staff are very responsive, where we had a leak under the sink and an issue with our blinds and they fixed it the next day!
