Verified Renter Been here for 10 months now and have loved every minute! This is the most soundproof apartment I've ever lived in; I can only hear my next door neighbor if we happen to be in the closest rooms through the shared wall and she laughs extremely loudly. Only happens a couple times a month haha. (Granted, I'm on the top floor so idk if downstairs neighbor can hear my footsteps but I try to walk lightly.) Verified Renter Still very new to the community and I finally got to explore my surroundings yesterday. This place is very well thought out. There are a lot of lights for nighttime safety and the residents are always walking along the foot path that meanders through the water area, which is beautiful. The water is teeming with life and the fountains are so pretty. I think I will appreciate my time here.

Verified Renter So far the place is amazing. I love walking around the community it is very fun. All the workers from office workers to Maintenance have been helpful with every question i have. The apartment is a great size for the price

Verified Renter The apartment staff were very nice and fast with our work orders! We had a leak in our ceiling after it rained and our water heater wasn’t working. They were quick to fix it up. Such a nice community with beautiful scenery ??

Verified Renter We have greatly enjoyed our time at Lakeside! The staff is very responsive and friendly. Amenities are fantastic, including daily trash/recycling pickup, gym, and pool. There is a true sense of community here, and it's great when neighbors come together for Lakeside events, including crafts and cooking/tastings.

Verified Renter Complex is honestly pretty good. It is on the pricier side for the area, however it is one of the actual "you get what you pay for" type deals. If you're on a budget there are better places. But for the money, the complex looks great, maintenance is on point, a lot of nice areas to walk around/hang out at. You get a gym (with a squat rack!), a pool, two clubhouses with computers to hang at, a dog park, I think they just put in a mini golf area too. Only qualm is lately if you come home at night (like past 8) ... read more
