Verified Renter We have greatly enjoyed our time at Lakeside! The staff is very responsive and friendly. Amenities are fantastic, including daily trash/recycling pickup, gym, and pool. There is a true sense of community here, and it's great when neighbors come together for Lakeside events, including crafts and cooking/tastings.

Verified Renter Complex is honestly pretty good. It is on the pricier side for the area, however it is one of the actual "you get what you pay for" type deals. If you're on a budget there are better places. But for the money, the complex looks great, maintenance is on point, a lot of nice areas to walk around/hang out at. You get a gym (with a squat rack!), a pool, two clubhouses with computers to hang at, a dog park, I think they just put in a mini golf area too. Verified Renter We love living here! It’s truly a resort community. The office staff and maintenance are professional, friendly and knowledgable. And did I mention the dog park?? It’s the Taj Mahal of dog parks. Parking is never an issue. No noise here! Very quiet, peaceful living. Convenient to Route 28, 29 and I66. Trust me - you won’t be disappointed to call this HOME.

Verified Renter I continue to be impressed with Lakeside Apartments. Roslyn and Gail have been so good to me. I’m impressed with how we are notified of mandatory maintenance visits. There’s plenty of notice and the maintenance guys show up when expected. One of my last apartments gave 3-day window. There were some initial maintenance issues with my apartment, however the maintenance team was efficient and arrived same day to fix the issues. The management office has also been extremely helpful, especially Roslyn who went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were meant prior to move in.
