Verified Renter Lakeside is the best community with the kindest neighbors and staff members. There are so many monthly events for residents of all ages to choose from, as well as a great gym, two great pools, and the best dog park in town. Maintenance is so friendly and are on top of taking care of issues in a timely manner.

Verified Renter Pricey BUT it's a beautiful property, basically a resort with excellent amenities. My apt is amazing, especially the fireplace (which they are phasing out of the newly renovated units :( They may eventually force folks out with the rent increases. At renewal time it sometimes seems like they'd prefer we move. Maintenance folks are awesome and the complex/landscape is well cared for. Overall I love it.

Verified Renter I’ve loved living here! It’s one of the most beautiful and well taken places I’ve had the pleasure of residing. The only reason I have to dock a star is because of how much rent has skyrocketed since I first moved in, and it’s definitely an expensive place to live. If you can afford it, though, I don’t know a place I could speak more highly of!
