Verified Renter They advertise a quiet community, but rest assured, the cops will be at your building weekly, noisy floor construction above you will last for months (they will hammer, saw, and drill as late as until 11p on a Sunday), bugs will be abundant and the popcorn ceiling will literally fall and sprinkle on you and all your belongings while they work on the apartment above (they started working in March and it’s August now… floors have had to be redone over and over and over)! There’s no winning here.

Verified Renter I’ve loved the property so far! The amenities are so nice and the walking path attached to the property is a huge plus as a dog owner. The move in process was a little disorganized but I know they’re short staffed, and apologized profusely. I also received flowers from the complex my first week here.

Verified Renter Unlike some other apartments this actually earns the luxury designation. It felt pricey but so are other alternatives and here you do get what you pay for and probably more than you could hope to use in amenities. Free events with food and drinks. Verified Renter We’ve been living at Lakeside for about a year now. We love it here. We just renewed our lease! Very dog friendly neighborhood, great amenities, and friendly staff and neighbors. We love taking our dog on walks near the lakes and to the dog park. Very well maintained and beautiful area. Probably the best apartment complex in the area.

Verified Renter It's very comfortable here, all my issues get resolved quickly. It's really pretty during the summer time and they have pools to go to. It's always really quiet here except for the birds. My only issue as of lately has been spiders there is just so many spiders outside by my front door.
