The maintenance staff couldn’t be nicer. The offic... The maintenance staff couldn’t be nicer. The office staff isn’t as great. Half the amenities aren’t really all they’re made out to be. Sometimes office staff ignores emails or suddenly can’t find record or a service you scheduled and confirmed already.

Incredibly quiet and well maintained. Valet trash ... Incredibly quiet and well maintained. Valet trash service and monthly happy hours/ classes to socialize. Peloton bikes in the gym and 3 fabulous pools. The entire staff and lifeguards are friendly and kind.

Not the best place to live for the price of the ap... Not the best place to live for the price of the apartment. Maintenance is horrible and the leasing office is just ok. I have had maintenance come for the same issues. They seem very incompetent and no experience!

I have been living here for a year now and so far ... I have been living here for a year now and so far it has been such a great experience. The staff are so kind and always attentive. I love how the leasing office is always decorative and clean! Also, the amenities that Lakeside offers is amazing !

Also her coworkers Sonia and Brandon assisted which was a great experience. I love the properties amenities it’s like a mini resort at home .

Two stars for cons exceeding pros There's another review that stated that trying to get your security deposit back is like pulling teeth and they will give you the run-around if you try and get your own money back. This is absolutely true and I wished that it wasn't. There is something shady going on with the parent company. What is super sad is that other than sour faced staff, the experience living at this apartment was quite nice!
