Two stars for cons exceeding pros There's another review that stated that trying to get your security deposit back is like pulling teeth and they will give you the run-around if you try and get your own money back. This is absolutely true and I wished that it wasn't. There is something shady going on with the parent company. What is super sad is that other than sour faced staff, the experience living at this apartment was quite nice! Great Community I lived here for 3 years and it was a pretty good experience. I really appreciated how the ground keepers kept everything looking nice, the maintenance crew was great and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Lakeside really kept everything organized and presentable. I could tell they took a lot of pride in that. Living hear is great, moving out not so much Living at lakeside was great, the maintenance staff was quick to come fix any problems, the grounds where quiet and well kept and even as covid shut down the amenities the management office came up with gift baskets and things to do over zoom to keep us satisfied and entertained. Visually pleasing, but that's where it ends. With the exception of Amy, I've never had a good experience with management. Trying to call and ask a simple question resulted in no answer 3 days in a row. I called at various times in case it was a busy day and a late lunch, but got no one. So I left a voicemail with my info, and heard nothing after a week. Called again, no answer. Left another voicemail, same thing. Poor Staff Response The apartment grounds and the facility are nice, but we had nothing but issues with our apartment since we moved in. They did however promptly fix the issues. But the biggest issue I have had with them is moving out. It's been 3 months since I moved out and I have still not received my security deposit back. They said it was sent out twice, but I never received it. I have been calling for several weeks and was told someone would call me back. But that has yet to happen. Outdated and expensive These apartments are not updated like they claim. Everything is cheap and over 20 years old! Popcorn ceilings, lamented countertops, shallow sink, cheap floors that aren’t installed right and squeak, low hallway ceiling, paper thin walls, the list goes in. Several major items weren’t working when I moved in. Can’t wait to move!

Lakeside Apartment Moved here in the year 2010 and cant think of living anywhere but here. The Property staff is so nice and so understanding and are quick to act on any questions or concerns. The apartments are spacious and even my child has a walk in closet. Wouldn't change a thing about this community. They go out of their way every year to make you want to renew your lease.
Nice community Well kept and quiet community in a safe area, close to many shopping centers. Lot of amenities for sports lovers and pet owners
