The level of unprofessionalism, arrogance, and lack of customer service will lead me never to step foot in lakeshore hospital again

I've been here twice with my Max. Once he had a medical emergency and ended up having surgery. Now he is being seen for chronic leukemia. On both occasions the staff has been very professional and compassionate. They excel at sharing information and communicating so that you will know everything that is being proposed for treatment and why. I definitely recommend them.

We took our baby Rapha here. We had just gotten him and he suffered from multiple seizures. We were terrified and heart broken at the same time. The staff was AMAZING. We can not explain how grateful we are for how comfortable they made us and especially Rapha feel. We 100% recommend this hospital and he seems like a brand new puppy. Thank you!!
