I was very impressed. It is rare to receive good customer service these days but everyone there was sooo nice! Dr. Klose was beyond amazing! He was nice, patient, and really made sure I understood what is going on with my dog. I HIGHLY recommend him! 5/2026- had surgery with dr. Stepnik. All of the staff were so wonderful! Even though I highly disagree with the insane cost, I am VERY happy with everything!
Thank you for everything you did for our fur baby Lincoln. Your helped us have to say our goodbyes and made sure he went peaceful. I truly grateful for everything you did for our family and for him. If I could give y'all a million hugs I would. Thank you. You are our heroes and always will be.
700$ for a end of life service and cremation! How can you charge that when people are grieving don’t go here way too expensive
I can’t say enough about the care our dog received from Blue Pearl. Dr Stepnik and Dr Rachel Reiman along with Annie were absolutely amazing in their care of Lucy. Would highly recommend. Their communication was incredible talking through options and results every step of the way. Follow up was exceptional.
Exceptional service from an amazing staff. Truly caring and lovely people. Everyone from the person answering the phone, the vet techs and the doctors are the best and genuinely care about you and your pet. I have taken dogs there for orthopedic surgery and cancer. Both departments are great and work well together if you need them to.
