I have had to use Lakeshore numerous times. Some ER visits, some ortho and rehab. They have always taken very good care of my dogs. This time was no exception. Their entire staff is outstanding.
Ended up at Lakeshore after another vet hospital dropped the ball. We are very glad that we ended up there too. They almost over communicate your pet status and it is obvious that the people staffed there care about all of the animals. They are easy to reach and fairly priced. Everything for his surgery was spelled out and they gave a low and high estimate on the service. They came in below the low and even refunded the difference. I don't know what I would've done without the amazing staff at Lakeshore. I brought my almost 7 months old puppy in with a really bad shoulder injury. I had previously been told he'd need amputation or surgery. Neither of those words came out of thr doctors mouths for almost a week. I was so relieved to know my baby would heal with just some muscle and tissue removal. Jax and I were frequent flyers, with daily visits for almost 3 months. Excellent service with detailed explanations about what is going on
Today, we are 6 months out of our Maddie's last chemo treatment for Lymphoma. She is doing EXCELLENT! We really could not have asked for better people to help us thru this. Dr. Reiman, her techs, and everyone at both the Glendale and Oak Creek locations got us thru this. Their caring and comfort helped us make the right decision for both Maddie and our family. Thank You so much Lakeshore Veterinary Specialists, without you we wouldn't even havethese extra 6 months.
We were referred here by our small animal veterinarian for further diagnostics for our cat. Dr. Klose and the staff here were wonderful. Very straightforward and informative with what the process would involve, and spent a lot of time discussing the results afterward and answering all of my questions. I have had 5 of my kids at lakeshore for both dermatology and neurology and I could not be happier. It is over an hour drive for us but the care and compassion is worth it . Thank you Dr. Stepnik and Dr. Haley and staff for everything you do !!!!
