very professional. caring. open 24-7 to serve us and our beloved pets. got good news in 40 min. while may not always be the case, the speed of diagnosis helped alleviate my worried mind. comfortable waiting room, with complimentary coffee, etc.
We brought our brand new puppy in to the Port location on New Year's Day - she had wiggled out of arms and landed funny and had a limp. Everyone was wonderful, from the ladies at the front desk to the doctors we saw. It turned out to be nothing - I was just being an anxious new puppy mom - but they were all lovely and understanding.

Could not recommend more. There’s no group of caring experienced people I would rather go to from here out for emergency care. Our parvo infected pup is home safe after quite a battle. We are forever grateful.
These guys are amazing! My Memphis is currently still there. ON Day 1 of 3 of him getting IV fluids, I came to bring him his favorite batty pillow. Not only could I drop it off, I could *visit* with him. I thought I'd get to poke my hand in his cage, but I get an entire room that they prepared with towels and a mini mattress so I could hang out with him. Just brought me to tears at their love and care. Thank you.
