RecommendedMy dog Fiona became acutely ill last Tuesday night as the coronavirus “stay home” started. LSV worked with me and admitted Fi on Wednesday and took wonderful care of her. The staff of LVS were compassionate and understanding during the worst 2 weeks of our life. They always took the time to explain what was happening to our dog, and also explain all possible outcomes. They educated us, they listened to us, but most importantly they took good care of our “Miss Sally” while she was with them. It was such a traumatic time for us, but knowing she was in such good care helped put our minds at ease. My dog had an emergency over the weekend so had to take him in. The staff truly cares about you and your pet and they are very affordable. Great atmosphere. They don’t push services you don’t need. Didn’t feel stressful. It didn’t feel like it was about the money, it was truly about getting your pet healthy and taken care of. I’ve been to other emergency vets and this was by far was the best clinic. Great experience and would highly recommend.
I wished we could have a facility like this closer to where I live. Regardless of the distance, it is worth the drive. our Neurologist Veterinary Specialist is caring, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
We took our dachshund to Lakeshore for rehab following a hemilaminectomy performed elsewhere. We love our guy but he can be a bit prickly -- especially with people he doesn't know. We were concerned about how he would handle rehab. Dr. Lugenbill was very understanding about our concerns. She came up with a strategy so that rehab would work for him. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and kind. It was a great experience and even just one visit he was visibly improved. Looking forward to our future appointments.
I brought my dog into Lakeshore Veterinary Specialists after a never-ending battle with my dogs allergies resulted in a nasty skin infection. Dr Stepnik was able to prescribe a shampoo that cleared Jack up wonderfully, and was able to create a custom immunotherapy serum after giving him an allergy test to diagnose his environmental allergies. He’s never looked better!
Dr. Lisankis did excellent cataract surgery on my pug at the Glendale location S he is a caring dedicated and compassionate vet. Kept me in the loop the whole 10 yards. THE BEST. Whole staff and team are top notch. Highly recommended!
My Milo had to cross the Rainbow Bridge on Christmas Day. The staff at Lakeshore was very compassionate and caring during this very difficult time for my family. Special thanks to Dr. Reiss for her sympathy and expertise in caring for dear Milo.
