I drove an hour because they were the only vet that could see our beloved prairie dog. They were compassionate, caring and very professional. They did an amazing job and a week later my little guy is running around being his mischievous little self! Thank you to the Dr. and the rest of the staff I am so thankful you were there when we needed you. Thank you again Dexter the prairie dog and family!
I can't thank Dr. Luginbill and her staff enough for giving us 2 more years with Brutis. He had horrible hip dysphasia and they were able to provide him with therapy so he could enjoy walking and chasing his tennis balls. They also made us so comfortable and able to handle the last few hours of his life before we had to put him to sleep. We would have never been able to do this without them! You will forever hold a special place in our hearts and with Brutis!
I have seen alot of vets and thankfully I found my regular vet who recommended Lakeshore for my cats issues. The staff was excellent! Just like a human hospital. I am very thankful for their compassion and expertise. Nelson was a special case, which I'm not suprised he is a special man, and now on the mend :) Thank You Lakeshore family ♡ I have my big man back!
They were awesome and kind !!!! So caring and compassionate. Staff was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way both my husband and I could understand. They also were up front with an estimation of how much the treatment would cost.
Couldn't be happier with the care our dog received here. From herniated disc surgery to ICU to rehab, all of the staff members were honest, caring and very professional. Dr. Rushing and Dr. Lugenbill were fantastic and really cared about our pup's recovery!
After having our cat treated for over four consecutive days and a bill of over two thousand dollars and told that she would probably never make it and she is still with us today two months later. Now my issue with this clinic isn't so much about the in-house treatment but what totally insults me is not once did we ever receive a call from this place to see how she was doing. You should rethink your compassion because it wasn't demonstrated to us nor for our feline.
I was out of town and my dog needed surgery. Heartbreaking to not be with my furry child during this time. The Port Washington team was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful to my dog sitter to help with this situation. They were able to get my dog in quickly, conduct a successful surgery and send her home the same day. I can't thank this team enough. Thank you!!
I'm so happy with the care I received here. I brought my dog here after taking him the the Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals (never again). I was terrified at what was happening to my dog but Dr. Miller was so helpful and informative that it calmed me down a lot. I never felt rushed, even with my numerous questions and concerns.
