We had to take our 8 year old lab in over the July 4th weekend for a 2 night stay. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. We were always kept up to date on how our girl was doing and they explained things in ways we could understand. Very grateful for the service provided.
My experience at this "hospital" was the closest thing I have ever come to being in a horror story. My dog suddenly became very ill, vomiting multiple times and not drinking water. It finally got to the point where my parents and I decided to take him here. Well we got here and after one of the many inept vets did a physical we got hit with misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis. I love that my dog is willing to come in and donate blood for the ones in need!!!! Staff is always great with him when we come here!!!!
Dr Klose is amazing and took the time to explain things that could be wrong with my Boston. He was not trying to do as many tests as he could to get my money. I could tell he legitimately cares for my dog and I trust him to recommend the necessary tests and treatments or my dog. Not to mention he went to UGA (Go Dawgs) so I know he knows his stuff! Highly recommend him and this hospital to treat my dog!
Everyone at the Port Washington location was amazing! The staff really took the time to help fix up my kitten, and made me feel like I was leaving her in safe and competent hands.
