Absolutely horrible service. We let two properties through Lakes Properties, formerly known as Eskay Properties. No inspections were done although the properties were badly maintained by the tenants. We had to incur a lot of expenses in repairs. One of the properties was being used to grow cannabis and went undetected for over a year. Mr. Adebisi didn't take any responsibility and stopped responding to messages and calls. He didnt return the deposit either paid by the tenants. Would not give even one star.. AVOID AVOID AVOID
