So far lake pointe has been pretty good but my only complaints have been that none of the stuff that I marked when I moved in has been fixed and the parking situation at my building is getting bad that I can't even park in front of my own building that I'm paying to live in. I see people with more than the two car rule and so forth and this happens every night
I have never live there but my mother has for the last couple years and she seems happy there and she never told me about any real problems personally I don't like their Internet or cable package but whatever
We just moved out of LakePointe last week after 18 months and I already miss it. It was our little family's first "home" and it was perfect. One of my daughters first words was duck because she loved seeing the ducks at our patio. Although we had quite a few issues with our neighbors at one point, the staff always heard our concerns and handled them promptly. Would definitely recommend the complex, cleanest/nicest place in the area if you ask me. :)

Wow! I have been pleasantly surprised. My apartment was beautiful and the attention I received was immediate and professional.
I absolutely love my 3rd floor Apt. at LakePointe....Its quiet and peaceful....The manager, Alphonso, does an excellent job and so does the rest of the staff....They take care of the property here by watering, cutting, and weed eating the grass plus workers that pick up trash and cigarette butts on a regular basis....Maintenance request are always fulfilled at a decent time....The best is the free water, heat, and trash that they provide....I have no complaints so far and I'm very happy with my decision to have moved into La... read more
