I think the apartments here are nice the staff is nice and so is maintenance the only thing I don't like are my neighbors that live above me are loud late at night all the time. I've called about it in the past but they are still loud late at night. I'm starting to get very sick of it. Im starting to count down the days my lease is up so I can move to a place where I can get a full night sleep without them waking me up

When I first looked at apartments at LakePointe I was very impressed...office staff was very pleasant and apartments were beautiful not to mention the amenities. However, it's been four weeks since I put in an application for an apartment and still have heard nothing. After four phone calls I'm still being told that they have to verify my income (keep in mind I've been employed at the same place for 26 years) and current rental verification. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and not at all impressed with the application... read more
No matter where you in the world, you will always find worst of the worst..i would never recommend my friends to lease apartment at LakePointe. Save yourself if you could specially if you are foreigner. There are a lot other better options around.
