I have lived here for over 6 months and have had nothing but amazing experiences with the staff and my neighbors. Whenever something needs to be handled, it is done so courteously and within a respectable time frame. The grounds are well maintained and residents are very respectful with noise and interacting, whether it is the gym, the pool, or even outside. It is by far the best place in Clermont County to live in my opinion.
Maintenance guys there are awesome
This place is a joke.. Highly recommend going somewhere else to live even if you have to pay a little more it's worth it!! They just try and scam you in the end... Office staff very rude
Great, awesome, clean community. The employees here are friends to everyone and have become like family to me and my dog Chunk. #ThankYouLakePointe
