RecommendedI love living here! The grounds are kept nice and clean, staff is friendly, and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly (shout out to Tim!).
Take good care of the property fix things in a timely manner replaces light bulb and any thing that needs repair are replaced lighting is good place to work out nice pool and staff very helpful and friendly
Not a great experience. Stayed for a year and would never return. Very pricey, loud neighbors, and SOME of the office staff is very rude. The maintenance was great - really fast at fixing problems but don’t even attempt to ask anyone to address a noise complaint.
Best apartment complex around!! We could not have had a better experience with our home, appliances, amenities, & maintenance staff. This community is friendly & inviting, and it truly has the best value for the price. I could not recommend Lakepointe apartments more.
I’ve had a great overall experience with this complex! Issues were always addressed in a timely manner and we had great experiences with the friendly staff (shoutout to Tim!). Always felt safe and definitely felt like home.
Never had such traumatic experience with any property management. Moved in to a fairly old apartment just about 7 months back. Created service request for kitchen counter top which is peeling off in a corner. Management is saying it is our fault and ripping us off charging for the whole cost of replacing the counter top. When questioning the reasoning, the management couldn't be any more rude, not even listening to what we have to say. Keeps saying "Whether you agree or not, you have to pay!"
I wanted thank the LakePointe staff for keeping us to date with the water outage this morning. I received an email and watched for statuses on Facebook and they communicated every step of the way! Thanks again!
Maintenance is kickass!
I enjoy it here. Only concern is we are in the new section on the botttom corner. The brick does not insulate and our bedroom, bathroom and closet do not get warm. We were told the furnace is not big enough to circulate the heat evenly. poor design. overall we like it.
