We just moved out of our apartment in August. We have been living there 4.5 years and they charged us 600 dollars to replace the carpets. We had 2 cats and paid the pet fee and 50 dollars every month on top of rent. 4 years of $50 is 2,400 dollars extra besides the pet fee we first had to pay. I think they should of worked with us.
Absolutely worst customer service whenever anything related to the internet goes out. They have some sort of "ISP" called "CCI" that does nothing but remote tech support. They'll take your complaint, throw it in a trash bin with a ticket number and nothing gets done. Then they send people out who aren't even qualified to fix internet issues because the company itself (Edward Rose & Sons) is too cheap and lazy to hire people who are actually qualified internet technicians. RecommendedI lived there shortly but I really appreciated the staff, they were so friendly and kind. Jessica toured us back in 2014 and I have sent several friends her way!

Loved touring this community, Bri was great to tour she was very informative and quick to answer every question I had, when I am looking for an apartment again I will definitely be renting here!
I like lakepointe itself. The place is nice but I highly suggest staying away from the company Edward rose and sons... they are scam artists at its finest... charge way more than what anything is worth in a 700 sq ft apartment cost $1000 for carpet. Filed a state complaint against the company. The complex employees are the nicest and great but the company who owns lakepointe will make sure they screw you upon moving out. Take photos of everything.
Very well kept place, I have lived here twice, both for a year, still currently living here. Love the pool and maintenance crew is always helpful and quick along with the office workers!
