Rude receptionists and poorly knowledged disinterested doctors
Feeling poorly today but had to ring the receptionist to sort out a couple of enquiries, I spoke to a lovely lady named Paula, who I must say couldn't do enough to help, she listened, was thoughtful and kind and done everything she could to help, so a big shout-out to Paula and all the receptionist team.
the nurses here are absolutely amazing especially katie, she’s lovely. however dr emore is rude and insensitive, my postpartum appointment with him was horrible, felt like nothing could be brought up with him because he’s so uninterested. reading another review about him to do with a little one being caused to be bleed and not even an apology🤮 hope this was looked into properly and not ignored
