We hired this company to install decking and a roof, trusting their advertised expertise. Unfortunately, within a few months, the roof began to leak due to faulty fittings. We contacted the company immediately, but they refused to take responsibility. Multiple independent surveyors confirmed that the leak was caused by incorrect installation.
