I love Doctor Tammy but, I am disappointed in the medical staff. I came in 10/14 for a regular checkup, was told I needed to pay a co-pay which I have never had to do since I pay a lot for insurance. Anyways, she wanted to augue with me about it & I wasn't in the mood so I paid it. After getting home I called the billing dept. & spoken to Dee Dee & she told me the employee was wrong..surprise surprise… it is 12/8 & I am still wait for my refund after being told it would take 4 weeks. I just waited 32 minutes to be checked in for blood work ...it is generally this way. Just leaving & there are approximately 15 to 20 people to be checked in. I think someone should go observe Watson Clinic checkin.
I have many doctors in The Lakeland Regional Medical Group ! It makes things so much easier when everyone has access to the records!
I love all of my doctors that I have with this group and would not move to any other facilities
As I was on a never ending telephone hold, I kept listening to "advertising" about how Lakeland Regional Health now has night time hours. You can call and talk to a nurse or a PA. That is great, but why can't someone answer the phone during the day?
I've had blood work done 3 times this week- all at Lakeland regionals Pablo campus in Lakeland and I just want to say how great the people in their lab are. They've been kind, funny and really good at their jobs. Considering I HATE getting blood drawn, they've made the best experience as possible.
