My husband just had his cataract surgery at this facility. We could not be more pleased with everything from beginning to end. Dr. Dorsett is the best...he even called personally to follow up. The entire staff from check in to post op were fabulous. Would highly recommend and just wish more places were this caring and efficient.
South Florida Ave. ; Poor customer service . Poor business practices . Ina Miles ( foriegn woman ) is arrogant and abusive . Frustrated my wife so bad she broke down and cried . The wife was told everything was good to go last week and now this . Ina Miles is terrible . You want to be abused and demoralized - Go here . Dr.Sichelman goes over and beyond to listen and explain procedures. His kind and friendly approach is very comforting. He's treated me and my son and we love his services especially the office shuttle.
I n for my eye exam... I know I have cataracts... the doctor again told me " you have cataracts" you cant drive!...walked out left me shocked ! I have a handicap son a me, live in the country, currently trying to round up transportation o both our appts... and the doctor/opthomoogist walked out with out even giving me a pt surgery appt! Im waiting a call back nowto check on surgery!
