We were helped by the most compassionate lady. She sat with us and listened to us and our story. She even looked at pictures even though her shift was over. I highly recommend Heaven's Pets at Lake Lawn. RIP our little fur babies!
On December 20, we made the heartbreaking decision to put our baby, Remy Winston to rest. Our english bulldog was not "just a dog" he was our child. From the moment I received the phone call (sorry I don't remember the lady's name) I balled like a baby on the phone to this complete stranger. She never hesitated to comfort me & tell me how well Remy would be taken care of. She was incredibly sweet. This is a wonderful establishment. The employees were very kind and eager to help me get through this sad time in my life. They also helped me with the payments. I was able to pay half when I brought her and half a few days later when I got it. I look forward to receiving my ashes. They also made my dog look so peaceful when I visited her today before my Tara is cremated.

On October 1st my best friend lost her best friend..We found Heaven's Pet. Where we brought Marilyn...they were amazing..there are no words to explain how they helped us..As my best friend still grieves everyday for her loss,Heaven's pets helped her have some closure, took special care of Marilyn and now Casey can carry her with her everywhere she goes..Thank y'all for everything y'all do....Y'all truly have a gift...all the kindness and compassion is like noone else....God Bless...
Y'all are amazing. I'm so happy there's a place out there like this!! Everything y'all did for my Marilyn was beautiful. She was such an amazing part of our family and she definitely deserved this. We got to say our last goodbyes, she was laid out beautifully, like a little sleeping angel. We picked out a beautiful urn for her..it fits her amazingly. Thank you to the staff who sat and talked with me about my Chihuahua, Spike. They were so wonderful and caring. I have used their services for other pets but due to the suddenness of my loss never had the opportunity to me anyone in person. I couldn't ask for kinder people to take care Of Spike.
