I have sadly had to go to Heaven's Pets three times in the last four years. Everyone we have encountered there has been incredibly respectful, warm and kind, and so compassionate and gentle with both our fragile emotional states and our dearly departed. Such a comfort to have wonderful people to entrust with our beloved pets' final needs. Truly grateful.
Words cannot even express how beautifully done the private cremation package is with y'all! We received our sweet Mocha back yesterday and we cannot thank y'all enough for this service y'all provide! I HIGHLY recommend y'all to anyone who chooses to hold onto their sweet angels!

They are amazing! They came to our home to pick up our English Mastiff Khloe "moo moo" and they were so respectful and sympathetic from the time they opened their doors to the time they dropped off the ashes today! Everything was beautiful! The box with the ashes was so beautiful and the paw prints was done perfectly! We can't thank you all enough for making this hard time for us a lot easier! � the Pittman's
They were so kind and compassionate when my rat, Smudge, passed away. They treated her remains very respectfully, and the footprint they made is beautiful. I would definitely go to them again.
