I was fortunate enough to have Deya come to my house to pick up our sweet Sage on Tuesday. She was so compassionate. I never felt rushed to give up my girl. She asked me questions about Sage's life and I could tell she honestly cared. Today we were going to pick up Sage's ashes and we were in a car accident. Deya jumped in her car and brought Sage back to us (even stopped to talk to my husband at the scene of the wreck as I was walking the 2 blocks home to meet her). I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of both of my babies fefe & Romeo I hate that they went to heaven to early but I'm glad we were able to use heavens pets. They are a sweet company & knows what we are going through. I wanna give a special thanks to da'ja who delivered fefe back to me she was so kind & such a loving person she's a keeper for sure lol so again thank you heavens pets for helping me find closure .... I got my baby's ashes back today and I'm so pleased. The staff on the phone were so sweet and helpful and her little urn box is beautiful. This was my first time doing cremation and Heaven's Pets has helped make my grief a bit easier.
Thank you so much for making a most painful time a little bit easier. So thankful to have my precious cat, Guinness, next to me again. Shannon was such a great help during these last few difficult days.
