Thanks so much for taking care of my Macy girl. I especially appreciate how you understood my grief and were so kind during this difficult time.
I am so happy that there is a facility like this. We recently lost our 12 year old chihuahua Tinkerbell. It was devastating to our family. Heavens Pets was great working with us on getting everything arranged for her cremation. They treated her like a person. We won't be in our current house forever and the thought of ever leaving her behind was heartbreaking. So we are so thankful that this was an option. We just got her back yesterday and it definitely helps to have her home. Thank you again!

When we lost our pet just a few days before Christmas we contacted them to take care of her and have her cremated. They were wonderful! Very caring and professional. They picked her up at the vets office immediately and handled everything for us. I never got the chance to thank them. So thank you Heaven's Pets for taking care of our Butters.
Heaven's Pets are the most friendly and loving place to use for pet cremation. They are professional and caring. They always make you and your pet feel important. They offer grief counseling which many of us need in our time of mourning. The poems that they add with your pet are beautiful and helpful to a grieving pet parent.
The staff is always very supportive and understanding. Yes our animals are pets but they are apart of the family. We care and enjoy their company after a stressful day. So thank you Heavens Pet for taking care of Sam.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and their employees. Unfortunately, we've had to use their services twice in the last year. Both times they have impressed me with their comfort and professionalism. They spent time and gave us all of our options. They came to the rescue on a Sunday, when neither my husband or I was in the position to handle the situation. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done for our family.
We had to say not goodbye but see you soon over the beautiful rainbow, I've never felt such gratitude and remorse from the staff here, I can't thank heavens pets enough for helping us lay our precious baby to rest. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
