I highly recommend Heaven's Pets!! This is the 3rd time we've used them. Our fur baby passed Sunday night and they picked him up from our local vet and brought him back on Tuesday. They were extremely compassionate and just wonderful!! We even got his paw print in silicone!
Very pleased with your customer service. My Mirabelle passed one week ago tonight and Heaven's Pets had her ashes returned to the vet office in Baton Rouge by this afternoon. Special thank you for returning her knee hardware. I wasn't expecting that to be returned but I'm glad it was. The lock of fur and ink prints were done beautifully.
Having the loss of a sweet family member is difficult. With my sweet Nigel on a cushion in the living room, a very kind lady sat on the floor with me and comforted me. She petted my sweet boy and sat while I hugged him for the last time. Nigel was carefully put in a cozy basket, wrapped in a soft blanket and taken away. Heaven's Pets made this difficult time a little softer.
