The staff at Heavens Pets was very understanding and sympathetic for my recent loss of my dog. The engraved box which contain his ashes is beautiful. I have another one of my pets that was cremated and in comparison, I wish Heavens Pets would have been an option for my other dog I lost in another state. Their effort to provide above and beyond service during such a difficult time helps ease some of the pain and gives a little closure to losing our 4 legged loyal friends. Thank you so much. I know it may have been an accident but his nose print was more of a muzzle print. It was a veery hapoy accident.I booped that nose so many times! His lock of fur was so special too yall even made sure to include black and white fur from my tuxedo cat. The world just isn't the same without him. He was a good hood boy. You have to say good twice because he was so good.
This place is amazing!!!! The staff was so wonderful and caring , helping us through a very difficult and emotional time. The staff was so very sweet and we were greeted at the door by Blitzen(the grief support dog) and the little jack russel terrier too, who knew we were grieving. Special thanks to Deya!!! The staff was very compassionate and delicate when talking us through the whole process. Our leia was beautifully presented and is now on the mantel. Thank you heavens pets. You made a hard situation a little less hard.
