I went there this weekend. Even with the pandemic going on and the circumstances, everyone was so professional and helpful. I appreciate you all taking care of Mack. He took care of us for almost 11 years and this was really hard but I had zero issues or concerns with this process. Thanks again to the employees for leaving their families and showing up to work this weekend in the middle of a pandemic.
We lost our Habby on our trip, we had such nice ladies that helped us through a most difficult time. They took us the same day, private cremation, and they had locks of hair and ashes in little bags for us with a beautiful wooden box and her paw print. Thank you for being there and taking such good care of us and our girl. Nice to know that there was someone out there that could help ease our hearts, and understanding our situation. You truly are angels !
I have used heavens pets 2 time great experiences but this time it was the worst experience ever the people are rude and it took over a week to get her back and as far as the answer service horrible people my pet is a part of my family and to these people answering the phone it was just a dog last time used them was 5 months ago and something had changed cause now they are rude and very uncaring
We brought our pet’s remains home today and we so touched by the special care Heaven’s Pets took with our girl. From the professional and sympathetic phone calls to the love notes and paw print from our dog....we were very pleased with their kind service. I highly recommend them.
