This review is in regard to the location at 3752 Cascade Rd #190, Atlanta, GA 30331. This location does not return voicemails and often does not answer the phone. My orthodontist was switched, unbeknownst to me, and my Invisalign treatment plan has been extended due to the change of doctors and constant lack of communication. I was finally given an appointment to pick up my trays (which I waited 2 months for) only to be rescheduled by the office; they can't see me for another month now! To Whom It May Concern, I am not sure how to spell the name of the treatment coordinator at Great Expressions (Stockbridge), so I will refer to her as Tanji. The dentist at Great Expressions (Stockbridge) determined that I needed a crown. I was told that the out of pocketcostfor the crown would be $761.60. Woodbridge, NJ and Rt. 27 North Brunswick, NJ unprofessional staff. They have cancelled my appointment without my consent or notifying me. They sent wrong billing charges to CareCredit. They are unresponsive and unprofessional after repeated phone calls, voicemails and emails. They sent me to collections without notifying me or billing me first. They have poor way of treating me as a patient and as a customer. They are incompetent in billing practices and have no customer service skills whatsoever. And they still argue with ... read more

I received dental services from Great Expressions in July and August of 2018. The service was fine but the billing manager sent the insurance claims to my children's' insurance company instead of mine. I noticed this in January when my billing statement showed my claims were declined and Great Expressions wanted full payment. I called the office and it took many phone calls to even be able to speak to the billing manager Casey. Had dental work done in 2016 when it was another company. My partial broke and I took it in to have them repair it. Took all day to put a tooth back into the partial and it was put back on crooked. They charged me $242. I put the partial back in and it no longer fit. The doctor told me it was broken when I brought it in(which it was not). Went to Great Expressions Dental for my biannual cleaning and was told they could only do a periodontal scaling which would cost an additional $120.00. I told them that I had never been required to have more than a routine cleaning for the past 40 years. However, if required, go forward. If paid in full by insurance and actual money, they claim I still owe them and put it to collections. They don't accept past receipts or proof of payment and are unwilling to look into any of the financial fraud that is going on.

I'm new to the area and a regular semi-annual dental patient with Delta Dental Insurance. I scheduled an appointment with the, 9250 College Pkwy, Ft Myers Florida location to get a 6-month cleaning and to repair or replace a capped tooth.
