It has been closed last three times I have been there. How can you charge a monthly fee and then not open that many times. I am requesting a one month credit of $20.00
The guy with the beard and septum nose piercing is a jerk. He has a bad attitude as he always has in the years I have been going there. I was shifting my car into neutral and for half a second it was in reverse and he shouts “NEUTRAAALLL!!!”. I now drive all the way across town to an automatic car wash with no pre-wash next to this little gas station because for $10 the machine does better than what you all charge $15. Get rid of that guy. Most people around town know how rude he is and how crappy of a job he does.
Terrible wash did not get what I paid for. Could have done a better job with a bottle of water and a paper towel.
For $20 a month I can get my F-150 washed every day. The staff is not all that friendly but for the money it's the best deal around
This is the worst car wash ever! Paid $10.00 and the system doesn't even dry your car off. And their water is so hard it leaves white spots all over your car and windows! I asked manager for a phone number to call and complain and was given a bogus number that just rings and rings. A poorly run business, so sad for Fenton, MI.
15 dollars for a nice wash left soap spots all over the front sides and rear of my car. Not to mention the dirt left on the front and lower corner panels. Employees who would have hit those lower corners seemed to be more annoyed they had customers then cared about even bending down the slightest to wash. A hand full or quarters would have gotten a better job done at a manual was. Beyond not worth it!!!!!! AVOID!!!!
We paid $18 for the manager's special and got nothing but a basic wash. When we complained, they sent us through again and we got another crappy carwash. This place has really gone down hill.
