This place used to be decent years ago. I knew the quality wasn’t there anymore but stopped because my normal car wash was super busy. Huge mistake and waste of 10$ Car it’s still dirty, no drier at the end, I feel like I totally wasted 10$ I will never be back
Stopped in for a $10 wash, dryers didn't work at all. Next day I noticed my card was charged $29.95. After reading all the negative reviews, I suggest avoiding this establishment, I know I will.
$18 for a car wash and 70% of the components in the wash don't work. including the rinse and dryers... if the guy running the place worked as a mechanic in a junk yard he would be considered dirty....
I have used this wash for many years and have always been satisfied with my experience. For some reason over the past year the quality is horrible! They use barely any soap and half the machines don’t work no matter what level of wash you buy. Not recommended!
This business is a joke!!! I got charged twice in February and March. The business was rarely open either of those months, then closed by governor, but they kept charging for the membership. Can’t leave a message, voicemail is full, and no one ever answers. Going to be forced to turn them into the Attorney General.
I DO NOT recommend Lake Effect Auto Wash!! Just paid $10 and flew thru the wash in25 seconds! No rinse, left with soapy water spots all over my car!! Too mad to go back and will tell everyone of this horrible wash!!!
Give me the money back they charged while being closed these past 2 months. I plan to contact the Michigans state attorneys office. They have been unlawfully charging my credit card (and hundreds of others...) -while being closed. I would love for them to close down and have a different company open up in the same location..
