Crooks that take your money every month even if they are closed. No way to cancel. 😡
Terrible place! Never open and still charged me this month when every business is closed!! I can’t even use the car wash die to the stay home order but they want to still charge me?!? I want to cancel but they are closed and the mailbox is full. Go figure.
The wash was broke down most of the month of March. I was told without ever asking that club members were not go to get charged for that month which I was. and now they have been shut down for a month because of covid 19 and they are still charging me. you will never get anyone on the phone to cancel. best thing to do is go to your bank to get the charges reversed
Worst car wash in the area. Bought a monthly package and found out after the fact that my credit card would be charged monthly for the next six months. Well as it turned out the quit working right after I bought and I was allowed to cancel. Still got ripped off but I was just glad to out of it. The 2 washes that I got before this poorly maintained joke of a business stopped working we’re very poor and perhaps if the guy running it spent a bit of time working instead of smoking weed it might be better. This place is a scam. The wash is terrible. They are hardly ever opened during the posted times. They do not answer the phone and will not cancel my membership.
Your brushes need to be adjusted. I’ve complained about this before and yet it persists. I come through in an SUV, pay for the cloth dry, and the hood and back of the car ARE NOT EVEN TOUCHED BY THE TOWELS OF THE ROLLER! It’s not a small car that the sensors have trouble finding. It’s a full size SUV. The vacuums are so anemic that they barely classify as vacuums, and they’ve been like this forever. Not worth me spending money here ever again.

Smells like marijuana the kids are lazy and the place hasn’t bee open for 2 weeks and I’m still being charged for my membership
