paid for the 18 dollar wash but didn't even get soap with it. this is not the first time for not getting what is paid for. this place should update there crap or close the doors. only thing else I can say is STAY AWAY
Biggest Ripoff in Fenton. Do not give them a dime of your money. Equipment doesn't work most of the time and it cost a fortune.
Paid over $20 for wash and extra for wheels & tires. Automated payment system doesn’t tell you price till it’s already charged your car, so had no idea it was going to be so expensive. My wheels and tires don’t even look washed and my car only looks like it was spray washed with water. Dryers didn’t even dry 40% of the water. Complete rip-off. Avoid them!
I stopped him with a Funeral Coach because it was the only car wash that was open. The funeral coache is very long and if you have been to this car wash you know it is a very tight turn to enter the wash. To put it bluntly, the guy directing me in was a complete jerk. Not only will I never go there again with one of our funeral coaches or any other vehicle from the funeral home, I won't be back with my personal vehicles either. Too many other car washes around the deal with rudeness.
Great monthly plan unlimited washes. When car wash is broken down for multiple days there is no response from owner over a credit for washes you could not get.
RecommendedSuper close to home, which is always nice! I took my truck in today, it was absolutely CAKED in dirt and mud, I got the $15 wash and it did the trick, came out looking shiny, added bonus they got the debris out of my truck bed! Staff was super friendly, I'll definitely be back!
The ABSOLUTE worst. Paid $10 for deluxe and didn’t even get soap on my car. It’s been poor service before but today was ridiculous. The guys working there aren’t the problem, the actual car wash system sucks!
Perfect place for Facebookers to organize a protest with signs, letting everyone know what this business is doing to its customers. Maybe the owner would return calls regarding damaged vehicles then.
