If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tried to get a car wash today, but they were closed. There was absolutely no indication of that when we pulled up. It was at 4pm, during regular business hours. The payment screen was still on, and gladly accepted my money. When we pulled around to enter the car wash...nothing. The garage door was shut and no one was in the office. My husband and I use this car wash religiously. Unfortunately it's gone down hill big time! The last three times I've paid $6-10 for a wash and my back latch still has dirt on it when I get home. I won't even tell you about the vacuum and their inability to suck anything up! We won't be using this crap car wash any longer!
This place has went down hill big time. I went in there today and paid for a $10 wash with wheel clean, tire shine and underbody wash.. well I got none of what I paid for as the lights did not come on at all and the tire and wheels were still very dirty. I talked to one of the attendants and he agreed that my wheels did not get cleaned and I had to wait till tomorrow to talk to the manager or owner to see what they say. Buyers beware when they're busy you don't get they car wash you pay for. I did a Groupon for the Showtime wash, when you go when their not busy you get everything your supposed to. If you go when there busy you're getting they basic wash you can tell the difference, and see the difference. The one guy working there with the short brown hair is very rude, when i asked him about this all he said was you have the unlimited wash come back at a different time. They charged me $20 dollars randomly for no reason, wasn't even for there monthly thing than they didn't answer the phone when I tried to tell them. And I call multiple times even asked the guy at discount tire if he could get one of them for me. They said they'd be right there, than never came!!!! This isn't the first time this has happened either!
So frustrated right now. Hydraulic leak in wash yesterday caused a nasty film on my entire truck. Washed twice since and it won't come off. Nothing they can do they say? We've spent a lot of money here and will no more.
Oily wax film all over my truck and I didn't even buy the wax! Horrible Car wash! Never again!👎👎👎
We want here today. The wash left a film over our whole truck. The manager said he couldn't do anything and wasn't sure what it was. 2 other people complained while we were in line. At another car wash getting this gunk off my car. Horrible customer service here
