One employee onsite using a cold water ryobi pressure washer. $18 for to wash a car and the soap dispenser don’t working either. Worst business in Fenton don’t waste your time or money.
give your employees better power washers not ryobi ELECTRIC power washers.. they could get double the cars done in half the time. please put some money back into your facilities. I hate to say it but it is terrible here. EVERY TIME terrible experience.
SLOW. I just backed out and left after waiting 20 min and still had 4 cars ahead of me. Dont waste your time or money there.
I purchased the 29.95 club account for the month. I was happy with the first wash. I went in for my second and their scanner wouldn’t recognize that I had bought the club account so I ended up having to pay $10 extra when I shouldn’t have. I purchased a wash, the two employees spent the usual 2 minutes or so somewhat spraying and brushing my vehicle with very little soap on their brushes. I went through the car wash. NO SOAP was dispensed on my vehicle and NONE of the brushes ever came on. I parked my vehicle and went to tell the employee what happened and his response was yes it is all broken. Equipment constantly breaks down. Don't ever pay for an upgraded wash because you never get it. I have video to prove that the underbody spray, wax was not working as I went through. Also just yesterday, nothing worked except for the soap spray, first wash, rinse and air dryers. All of the following were down; the rotating side washers, under-body spray, wax spray, fine rinse spray, and drying wheels. So they were washing cars by hand first then sending through. omg this place is horrible. 3 teen age kids working there that dont know what the hell they are doing never again
The wash has went way down hill in the last couple years. There's always something wrong, broken, or simply no one shows up to work. It took me a while to throw in the towel but it appears that it's not going to get better.
