contract came with new house. I paid my renewal, yet continued to get notices saying I had not paid. I called every time and they kept say they would fix, but obviously they don't honor their word because I'm still getting notices. When the first tech arrived to treat he realized the office requested the wrong service (he needed to drill and trench, not just spray). Im6glad the tech noticed this and did the right thing. Has to be as bad an experience as I have ever had. I was lied to multiple times by multiple employees at this company. Charged my credit card without my permission. Please do not do business with these dishonest people. Thibodaux could do without this fraudulent, disgraceful business. Can,t wait to take them to court. Feel free to call me for details. I contacted them on Facebook messanger late Friday night about the biosafe services, expecting to hear back from them Monday. They messaged me back that night, close to midnight. I told them I wanted them to spray my gym, Impact Strong Kickboxing of Thibodaux. Even though they had stuff scheduled the next day, they moved things around to fit me in for Saturday afternoon. They just came out and treated my mom's house for termites and I can honestly say it was a very pleasant experience. The man that came was very professional, friendly and made everything easy to understand. I would definitely recommend to others.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. the owner himself had to come back to my residence because the original pest control guy literally only sprayed for FOUR minutes (yes... exact timing considering my alarm system had a time controlled tracker on my doors... I have the log information. after putting in a complaint with the "on call" guy after I was able to return home (FOUR HOURS LATER)...
