Worst experience ever with a real estate agency. They stole my holding deposit. Long story short, during my viewing of a property, Rupert agreed to remove 3 pieces of furniture. Eventually, due to his lazy nature, he backtracked on this agreement and lied about it ever taking place. Not only, he didn't even reach out to me personally to find a solution - instead making his poor secretary Rose send e-mails upon e-mails to me.
