Fantastic company to deal with! Loads of information regarding the property itself, how to find it, how to use all the facilities was all sent prior to arrival so everything was super easy! The information given by the team at Laik ahead of our stay at the cottage was very welcoming, clear and comprehensive. The directions were easy to follow in all respects - from locating the cottage, to finding the key and getting inside, to how to successfully light the log burner and use all the appliances.
