Absolutely appalling behaviour by moira vets when our wee pet feel ill they suggested to say goodbye I paid the fee before this happen and when we attended for the ashes the male staff member on our way out asked for the money again saying he didn't realise it was paid not one of them came near us wen we went to collect our wee fur baby ashes definitely will not be recommend them to anyone very insensitive no empathy an rude like we were a problem to them reception staff don't have any people skills horrible experience which... read more
