Really poor company, not interested in helping anyone in a vulnerable position, and they mention they work alongside the council, actual fact they have nothing really to do with the council just a marketing tactic. Also they failed to provide a viewing makes you wonder what’s going on over there.
Opening of market rent homes
We had a great experience from initial pre application all the way through to taking over our property. Unusual process to people used to renting on the private market, but friendly and happy to work with you. We’ve been in 3 months now and we are very happy, no reason for any complaints at all.
The worst tenant service I ever dealt with, I don’t know how your working environment is but the operator I talked to sounded dead and when I mentioned that one of our appliances didn’t work anymore he asked really stupid and futile questions and tried to blame us for it.
