We went through a scary ordeal with our kitty and would have lost her if not for this clinic. From the front desk to the doc, the staff was patient, informative, and kind. When I came to pick up my kitty, the tech said, "Oh, you're Batman's owner? I love that cat!" It was such a little thing, but it warmed my heart to hear. I hope that we don't have to make use of their services again, but if we do, I know that my pets will be in good hands.
The staff and doctors were great, very friendly and compassionate to me and my dogs needs!! They were at the front doors waiting on us as we arrived!! I would definitely recommend them for services!
My husband and I had our first experience Saturday at the clinic with our dog "Max" who broke his leg. From the moment we walked in we both got such great vibes from the staff. They were super efficient, concerned and loved our baby as their own. Our dog needed surgery Monday and we felt so good about the staff at the Emergency clinic that we took him there to stay the night so they could monitor him. In response/defense to the review from 8/29, it seems as if there is another side to the story that is not being told here. I just hate seeing one-sided slanderous reviews for any businesses. It seems as if the fact that the doctor even HAD to argue with your wife AT ALL seems to indicate she was being combative/argumentative rather than helpful in the situation. We see Chloe Abbott and her family every day, they have so much love for animals it is absolutely incredible!! She is always looking to help a person or animal in need! Truly amazing people standing behind this animal clinic!
