The staff were exceptional. Explained everything very well and was not bad priced based on EMERGENCY vetinary services. Understand they do cost more than your standard vet bc they are available when your standard vet is not. No one plans a day and time an emergency may happen and I am very glad there doors were open when I needed them.
Unfortunately, we've needed this place a few times. They are always very pleasant and professional.
I find the staff and vets are finally people friendly AND easy on the pocket! Thanks for being there for the community and making it easier to afford a after hour emergency.
First I loved the fact that they were opened and could take my baby in. The staff were very helpful,friendly and courteous. The wait wasn't long,and the doctor was thorough and explained everything. When I called (and I called) to check on my baby they were very nice explained everything an never once was rude or un polite. I will continue to go here.
Friendly staff, took great care of my dog who had a huge laceration on his leg. Very impressed with the outcome of the surgery.
