Unfortunately we had to bring our Roxy girl in because she decided to leap out of my moving vehicle, injuring her leg. Being the dog momma that I am, I panicked at the site of blood and her in pain. I raced over to you guys and the moment we walked in, we were taken care of. Everyone was so helpful, caring and compassionate. Our poor Roxy has a broken leg that will require surgery, but I am so very thankful for the staff and this clinic!
Thank you for the compassion you showed during the loss of my Sheba. It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. I know in my heart she was in the best hands possible. Thank you for taking care of my girl until the end.
We went through a scary ordeal with our kitty and would have lost her if not for this clinic. From the front desk to the doc, the staff was patient, informative, and kind. When I came to pick up my kitty, the tech said, "Oh, you're Batman's owner? I love that cat!" It was such a little thing, but it warmed my heart to hear. I hope that we don't have to make use of their services again, but if we do, I know that my pets will be in good hands.
The staff and doctors were great, very friendly and compassionate to me and my dogs needs!! They were at the front doors waiting on us as we arrived!! I would definitely recommend them for services!
My husband and I had our first experience Saturday at the clinic with our dog "Max" who broke his leg. From the moment we walked in we both got such great vibes from the staff. They were super efficient, concerned and loved our baby as their own. Our dog needed surgery Monday and we felt so good about the staff at the Emergency clinic that we took him there to stay the night so they could monitor him.
