Our baby girl had to have emergency surgery and called to update us 3 times so far since 1pm today (it is now 6pm). That really means a lot to us, as we are worried sick about our baby.
They are the best and most friendly people we’ve met during this process with Lucy thank you so much for taking care of my Lucy and I gave y’all some Scentsy goodies to say thank you 😍
Great fast n courteous very attentive to my cats need when he was in pain Loved there patience
they are there 24 hours a day and give you up dates. I took my dog loki there and he got the best care.
We took our dog in last weekend. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to end his suffering. As hard as that was, the staff made it so much better. They treated him like he was their beloved pet. They treated us with the utmost compassion and I’m so grateful for the care they showed. Today I received a sympathy card signed by their staff. They are truly caring professionals. While I hope we never have to go back because that means one of our animals is very sick, I’m comforted knowing they are there.
Had to bring my Doberman in after he rebelliously consumed chocolate. From the initial phone call to walking out the door the staff was AMAZING, very informative, and didn’t mind all the questions I had. Highly recommend
They saved my precious 9 year old German Shepherd, Ivy, from GDV (Bloat) on July 5, 2019. Dr. IsRalson and her Team did all the right things. Having previously lost two GSDs to Bloat; this dog's survival is nothing short of a miracle. We are so grateful!
