Nobody goes there because everything is fine. However the staff and vets were wonderful. Despite the outcome not being a good one. They gave comfort and kind words and it's greatly appreciated.
HORRIBLE experience. I would have rather let my pup die at home than die in the care of these people!
The staff were really friendly and professional! They were very concerned about my dog and made her very comfortable. One of the girls even took my son on a tour of the ER to ease him mind off of our hurt dog!
We went in with our cat who had been attacked by a dog. Our cat was immediately assessed when we walked into waiting room and was then taken to the back. The outcome was not a pleasant one, but we and our family pet were treated with true and genuine kindness and compassion. The service was beyond prompt and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has the unfortunate need to seek emergency veterinary service.
If any animal of mine gets sick on a weekend, I would LITERALLY let them die before going here again! The staff was condescending, and the cost for what we needed was TRIPLE that of our ordinary vet, for the same procedure. Plus, it looks like my poor cat was mutilated, and they gave me no instructions on aftercare, medications, etc. When I went to pick him up, all they made sure of was that I paid! Horrible place.
The staff is wonderful!!! Great team and great work!!! Thank you, Dr. Boudreaux, Chole, and Julia for taking care of Cash! You are appreciated so much!
Go during the day. They saved 3 of my dogs. I will be forever grateful
