If I was able to give a review without having to give a star I would. I brought my cat in bloody and unable to stand , walk or sit with cuts and holes in him even had some foam come out of his mouth the visit cost $500 .When He arrived he was the only patient they were "very concerned " about his condition before "a more critical case" arrived they released him with antibiotics and pain meds assuring me it was just scratches and small cuts not even big enough for stitches. Not even 24 hrs later he died.
I have had to take two of my dogs to the ER Vet before....so happy that you guys are there when we need you! Excellent care!
Every step of the way, I knew Dr. Landry and the staff here were pulling for my girl! Very dedicated, caring staff.
While in Lafayette from out of town for the LVMA conference I found a stray kitten that was hit by a car cowering in the road. I made the corner and scooped her up to help thinking I got to her in time before she was run over. Sadly it turned out she was already injured, incurring rib fractures. These people took extreme care of my pup when I brought him in after he was attacked by a pit...they did all the could to save him...his injuries were to severe and unfortunately we had to put him down. The staff was awesome and even let me tell our baby goodbye. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs to bring their pet in
Thank you Chloe for all the love you showed last night. Everyone on staff was so kind and gave us the opportunity to say good buy to not only our pet but our child. This staff is amazing and I would recommend them 100 times over if your family is in need when your vets office is closed. Thank you again for being there on one of the hardest nights of my life.
